Is there any data on most efficient cruise altitude/speeds for TW aircraft?

Not that I know of - that would also change depending on current loadout and how far you are going also

How about RL info? I would think it would at least be similar. Any good sites to find that stuff?

I assume that most military planes cruise best between 20-30k feet, but I really don't know how that stuff works. 50% throttle? 40% ? Some of those deep strike missions can be tough on fuel management. And do not get into some drawn-out dogfights in an F-15 or Lightning too far from home.

BTW, I always drag my waypoint 7 to the closest-to-objective friendly runway on the planning map just in case, so I know where my best emergency landing site is.
