Wow, if he is superstitious I hope the time off improves his luck as well as his body...

I remember he had a huge crash at Montreal F1 race a couple of years back, he seems to have bad luck at getting into accidents but good luck at them not being as serious as they could be.

Hope to see him back someday.

A bit ironic that an F1 driver gets a broken leg walking in his garden. Damn shame.

I hate to say it, but it seems injuries are becoming one thing after another for the poor guy, and if hes fallen in his garden and broke his leg, what if he has a shunt in an f1 car again? will his leg break again? its alot of risk now for a team to take him on, i hate to say it but i reckon it could be it for his f1 career frown

I dont think the fact that he broke is leg will cause undue concern on it's own. After all Michael Schumacher and Mark Webber have both returned to driving in F1 after having broken their leg. I think what may be more worrying is the fact that it is the same leg he broke when he had his crash. If it is in the same place as the previous break then I would imagine thet will be a bit of a worry. It's a pity this has happened. He is a very talented driver and is very much missed on the grid.

I heard in local (Polish) media that the damage is not that serious and should heal quickly

Anyway Robert's biggest mountain to climb is to regain functionality of his right hand, almost severed palm and elbow that was shattered to 11 pieces in last year accident...

btw in todays news: nice words from Alonso about Kubica
