I have a list of minor ones, similar to Panzer's in that none of them are really a big deal, but I don't regret any decisions I've made enough to wish I could reverse them. There are a few "I wish I had done X" things, but most of those are only with the benefit of hindsight. Sort of "maybe things would've been different IF I had...", but there's still no certainty it would, just increased confidence (compared to the time) that it would've turned out well. I suppose the only one I can with absolute certainty is my profound disappointment that despite numerous attempts I've never won more than like $50 in the Lotto.
