So what's your biggest disappointment?

My own is the fact that after writing all those yoga sutras, Patanjali went on to become a mobster under Michael Corleone, turned rat, and slit his wrists in the bathtub while being kept under guard on an Army base.

I just expected so much more from a guy who started out so deeply spiritual and insightful.

I don't think he'd have gone that way if the Corleones hadn't brought his brother over from the old country and had him in the gallery while he was testifying. Fate takes strange turns.

Nevertheless, I still own a copy of "The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali".

Rest in peace, Frank, and thanks for the deep insights.

So what's yours?

Cheers!

Are these biggest disappointments in our lives up to now or just biggest disappointments from 2011?

This is for your whole life. If your biggest letdown was getting beat up by that hefty girl with the frizzy hair in third grade, then that's the one. You don't have to limit it to 2011.

Cheers!

This hot asian chick that gave me the high sign that I declined because she was going out with someone I knew.

Jerk never paid me back the 20 bucks he owed me.

I should have gone for it.

Sea Monkeys.

Close second is the fact that you really can't teach guinea pigs to row. Trust me I've tried.
