Well, this is a problem. Since you can't read the game sounds files (yes...). Surely, i will need to look in the game code to find a way to reduce their volume &/or frequency. But i'm not really a coder, i am already stuck with "how to change background sounds (annoying uhu) with directX application". So, iam sorry this will not be for tomorrow. :/

The game is released on Matrix board now, i hope some talented people will get their hands on.


For those of you who are curious about if some sounds are realistic. For example the MG-42, MG-34, MP-40, K98k, PPSH, Mosin Nagant, PTRD, DSHK, SVT, Maxim, US .50 cal, Bren, Besa grenades sounds, Air planes engines (except maybe the po-2) are 100% taken from their real counterparts and aren't mimics/holywood sounds. Not a excellent quality with nice reverbs and such, but still...

The VAPOSM sound mod no longer works with the current upgrades,and the Author hasn't updated the mod.
There are a few Russian made sound mods here that work and I'm using one of them now in my game,but you will need a google translator if you don't speak Russian,and sift thru ads and timers to access them,it's a chore and a little difficult,but they work if you would like to give them a try this is the link.

Virus scanner? Norton or Symantec?

They are probably suspicious about ads from Mediafire. I use AdBlock, so don't know how much ads there are now.
