I don 't think so.

Surprised noone else chimed in. I ordered the DVD but I'm sure it requires YuPlay's program. I already have it installed due to Wings of Prey...so no biggie for me.

No... it's their form of DRM. I don't think it needs to be online all the time it just checks at startup to counter piracy. I haven't had any problems with it.
