Ah right,

If you push HARD as you go around the travel of the stick, does it go perfectly into every corner for you?

If I make an effort to do that then yes, but if I just move it around normally it will occasionally not go into some corners. I don't think it's anything to worry about though smile

I just checked my TM Warthog and noticed my "corners" are curved with the exception of the lower left corner. Not much of a deal-breaker with me since I don't deflect that stick that far diagonally anyway. Full up/down/left/right works fine. The fact that I've noticed this just now from a little over a year of gaming means I've never needed it and probably never will. Aside from this small defect, I can't fault my gear.

Ah alright Ice, thats great then, I'm happy with the stick.

But just now my throttles died, well, semi-died, the throttle itself works. I restarted my PC, and then loaded up FreeSpace and none of the switches could be assigned, I chalked this up to freespace being old and not supporting the switches or something, but then I got in DCS Warthog, which had previously worked perfectly, and none of the switches on the throttle responded in that either. And after some conffusion I looked in the TM Firmware update and the throttles firmware is "0" (it used to be 20) and whenever I try to update it, it just times out.

A day of use and rebooting my PC kills it.

Time for another exchange.

Absolutely love the stick though, so amazingly accurate and smooth compared to my X52.

*edit* scratch that, managed to get it working thankfully!

+1 on Hardwareking.net. Lots of warnings from google on that one.

If I buy from an etailer I've never heard of I always google it for reviews.
Unless of it's recommended by my peers. Which is why I've posted the +1

Do not buy from Hardwareking.

Possibly, possibly not. Are you still using that cloned credit card you bought down the pub?
