Yep, got Sky UI... Zero, why would I want a basement in all houses?

It is one basement that you can get to from any house in the game if you have that house's key.

Can't wait till they come out with some abode mods once the SDK is released to modders. I'd love a little one room cabin in the woods that's actually and open space and not an enterable "interior". Meaning you could be chased through the woods by some wolves or creature only to open the door in real time, get in and lock it without a loading screen, and hear your attacker thumping around outside your door. Then you could have a basement or seprate room inside the "open" space that is an interior requiring loading.

I'm using it. It is quite noticeable and brings a new level of detail. Whiterun is outstanding. However the only drawback is the author's only done part of the world so you'll need to keep up with the updates.

Definitely. Although I'm of two minds about the SDK at the moment. I'm looking forward to it because of what will come but then I'm not because I really want to finish the vanilla game (including side quests) first. I know that once total conversions come out or a mod that is not save game compatible I'll be trying out those and will never finish the original game.

Steam says I've played 43 hours and I'm barely progressing through the main story. biggrin Yeah I want to finish at least the main story before trying any major conversions.

I'm still looking forward to that Oblivion conversion called Andoran Prologue. Not sure what's going on with it but it looks cool.

More for convenience. If you haven't noticed by now, not all homes are equipped similarly. This mod has gives you all the tools you need that you can access from any house once you've unlocked it. So you have a lots of storage, an alchemy lab, smithing facilities ans so on.
Without the mod, if I want to make potions I have to go to Breezehome as that's where I've stored all my alchemy ingredients. But it doesn't have an enchanting table - for that I have to go to another home. But the alchemy table there doesn't have a convenient satchel at the table there, unlike Breezehome. I also collect the weapons given me when I become Thane, or unusual armour that I don't want to sell. The basement gives me lots of display racks & mannequins to display them.
And so on.
