Its a good thing I have a TM WH and the MFD's because its really tempting lol!

What is your aversion to Facebook? Believe me I understand your concerns but the simple truth is that Facebook is only what you make it out to be.

I have a rule.. if I haven't been in contact with you in over a year then there is no sense in being a Facebook friend.

I get long lost cousins out of the blue that send me friend requests and then ask why I don't accept. I simply tell them, "If you want to talk then talk". I can't stand it when people just want to up their friendship numbers and don't care who they let in.

My point is that I've been on Facebook for several years and still only have twenty "friends". I have many more that I see on a regular basis and could care less about being one of their Facebook friends. It's a great tool to stay in touch and swap pictures with family members that live across the country and I don't bother with the stupid little Facebook games. I once gave Mafia wars a try and the only way to progress is to give up the names of your friends so they can play too. It's really all pretty dumb.

I spend about 30 seconds a day just to check up on things and then I'm done.

For those worried about your privacy rights or being contacted by people and companies just keep in mind they only know what you give them. If you don't want to get phone calls then don't give Facebook your phone number. Don't want to get emails? Just get a free email account from one of thousands of places and use it just for Facebook. If you're worried about getting spam as a result of this contest then "Like" him to enter and when the contest is over you can turn all of that back off. It's not rocket surgery...

There is no aversion to it, just a service I don't need. To each their own.
