I was joking about the insistent rodents, but thanks for reminding me about the holidays.
Perhaps I should have just edited the other post to add another screenshot from a different mission.

Originally I made a box out of the furthest points N/S/E/W of the route. Then I expanded the box by some number of kilometers in each direction. I included all ground objects within that box. The result was including a whole bunch of stuff that really was not anywhere near the route.

What I do now is walk the route 1 KM at a time. I include any items that are within a certain number of kilometers from each 1 KM point along the route. The idea is that if you are within a certain distance of your route everything will be there. Move off of your route and things will not be there. It was a performance based design decision.

I do have to look at escort missions. I am guessing that I do not take the escorted flight into account, and I have to do that.

Questions:
1. Does this happen for escort missions or all mission types?
2. Are you flying the mission route?

Is it possible to edit the default fuel load each aircraft carries as per this thread over on rof.com?

I know I can alter my own planes fuel load but the AI is saddled with 100% which makes the AI camels easy meat.

Hi Pat,

A couple bugs I noticed:

1. The squadron board is all screwed up with 10.3

2. I flew a mission where the only enemy aircraft intel reported were DFWs. However, they were escorted by lots and lots of Albatros D.IIIs. When I went to enter in the combat report, I could only claim a DFW, and not an Albatros.

Thank you!

Thanks for reply Pat.
The last two screenshots (previous page) of the missing buildings issue are not escort missions, and yes, I was flying the waypoint path. Please look at the in game map captured in both screenshots, I am the small blue triangle right beside the waypoint path line.

In the first screenshot on page 121 Albert is missing and was exactly on the waypoint path.

I added the second screenshot because Corbie was not rendered but was near the waypoint path, yet a village further off WAS rendered and had airfields beside it. I doubt that is linked, but thought I'd point it out in case there is a relationship between village and its named airfield.

G'day Pat,

I am trying to get a grip on on how to use the CG for co-op campaigns. I can generate the missions, but I want my friends to bring 'their' pilots to the show. I have only discovered so far that my login ID can fly as my campaign pilot, but then it looks as if fellow co-op pilots must chose to fly under the name of the CG generated pilot names? I guess I am hoping it will track all human pilots a bit like DCG.

regards

Col

@Patrick

Since I upgraded to Version 10.3 of PWCG I am failing to get completed Intelligence Reports for any of the Nations/Squadrons/Pilot/startdate that I choose to fly. All the tabbed screens in the Intelligence window show only the header as follows:
"
Intelligence Report

Date : (shows the current sortie date in format DD/MM/YYYY)
Opposing Squadrons: (or 'Friendly Squadrons', 'Friendly Key Personnel', or 'Enemy Key Personnel', depending on which tab is selected in the Intelligence window)
"
The window is unpopulated below the header. See attached image:

Am I missing a configuration setting that will allow the building of the completed intelligence information window?

Hey Pat, apparently all of the AI goes out with a full bomb load in your missions, that needs to be fixed.

Can you be more specific? Each plane has different load specifications. Only attack missions should have any bomb load.
For multi-place aircraft bombing missions I randomly select between the available bomb loads.
The only scout missions that involve bombs are Allied ground attack missions for those scouts that are capable of carrying bombs.
Recon missions are equipped with a camera.
Arty spot missions are equipped with a transmitter.

At least, that's the intent.
