@coreyhkh: stay away from the SOS and any dish with Tuna in it, but anything else should be good, as long as it's prepared with enough hot sauce and salt.  Kidding. If I remember right, you go to full throttle, release the wheel brakes, and there's something scripted there to simulate a carrier launch?
