Anyone have any suggestions? I've found that I have low tolerance for first-person perspectives and fast-action shooters like BF3 really make me sick in my stomach. However, I've played Mass Effect 1 and 2 just fine, as well as Fallout 3.

At the moment, I can only tolerate 30minutes of Skyrim before I have to lie down. Any help appreciated.

Curse you, Steam sale!!

Up the FOV in game. I like 95 degrees.

In your Skyrim.ini under the display section add:

fDefault1stPersonFOV=95.0000
fDefaultWorldFOV=95.0000
fDefaultFOV=95.0000

If that doesn't change it in your existing game then just open the console (~) and enter "fov 95".

Just Skyrim.ini. It'll be in My Documents\My Games\Skyrim

Thanks! Any idea where the screenshots get dumped? I want to take a before-and-after shots for comparison.

NVM, found it. Can't see the difference between default and 95 FOV though. I've took screenshots to compare.

However, the console fov 95 did work and zoomed me out quite a bit!

I think you need Fraps or something like that to take screenshots. You can also change fov on the fly by opening the console with the ½ key in game. Type fov xx. default is 65. The game remember your setting on next game start too.

You take screenshots by hitting PrtScn as in tons of other games. It puts it in a directory in My Documents.
