Happy New Year fellow SimHQ consolers!
2011 was the year where I first joined this console world, I bought a PS3 for GT5 and loved the 100s of hours I have spent addictively lapping Nordschleife and collecting cars, and the awesome latest 2.0.2 patch this last week has revived my interest and is taking up my time again.
I also picked up a Xbox360 this year to partake in the fun that is Forza and have really enjoyed FM4 although I still have a ton of game to go in that one if I can ever pry myself away from the "Rivals" mode.
RDR is another awesome game I would never have discovered if not for the console. At this point I like owning both consoles and they are about even for gaming but we've recently added a second Xbox360 in the bedroom for the excellent media streaming capabilities.
