I recently bought the ArmA 2 DLC off of Gamer's Gate is it was cheaper than Sprocket/Amazon. For the past two days the payment has been "pending" with no updates. I am wondering how long Gamer's Gate typically takes to process a payment, and if they are reputable to buy from in the first place.

My original ArmA 2 game is from Amazon as well. I am assuming Gamers Gate's ArmA 2 DLC will work fine with my install? Or is it a different version like Steam?

I've bought several games from them (usually using paypal) and it's usually instant. Might be a Christmas break thing.

I've bought a couple of games from them without any hitches. As Smithcorp suggested, perhaps it's the X'mas break?

Still "pending". I contacted support, and they want me to register on another website to get customer support. So many hoops to jump through just to buy something. It is amazing really. Clearly they won't be in business for very long when far superior services (Steam, Amazon) exist.

I just wish Amazon offered the ArmA 2 DLC as a download, or if the Steam version worked with non-Steam games...

Guess I'll just have to pass on these titles.

I love gamersgate. That is paradox's official store. They are not as smooth as steam for buying things but they have never done me wrong either. There must be something wrong with your order as I have never had a pending order with them. It always goes through straight away.

I've purchased a number of games from GamersGate without any issue. I've used PayPal.

I just got a game for free from GG through the Blue Coin system. You get Blue Coins every time you make a purchase and I had enough Blue Coins to purchase a ($5) game.

That is interesting. Roughly how many Blue Coins do you get per purchase? I will assume the more you spend = the more Blue Coins you get.

Still, can't get my ArmA 2 DLCs and no reply to the support ticket. If they ever get around to replying, I wonder if they will honor the sale price...
