It arrived next day, however it was faulty (didn't test it til a couple of days after Christmas) (one of the buttons didn't work, not their fault I guess but still annoying). I then phoned up and they sent out a courier to collect it THE SAME DAY, for free, but due to the bank holiday on Monday I won't be receiving my new one til Tuesday/Wednesday. Absolutely smashing service I have to say, I was really gutted when it was faulty as I knew it'd cost tonnes to post the joystick back to them, but getting it collected from my house, for free, the same day, was just awesome. Will report back when I get my replacement. So it was a very old stick, considering the latest serial numbers I've seen recently are up to 12-13,000.
