I got a PS3 for myself and my wife for Christmas. We mainly got it for the built in wifi for netflix and the bluray player.

Still... a game system needs games

It came with Uncharted 3 which sofar has been a lot of fun. I will probably pick up the first two as well to know the story. We also got Little Big Planet 2.

The main thing I was looking for though was a FPS that had a MP mode with bots. I know that genera is kind of dying out these days but I thought there would be at least one or two out there. Sofar I have not found anything.

Anyone have any game recommendations?

Black ops seems to have a bot mode.

What about resistance 2? Can you play the coop mode by yourself?

I am pretty sure Killzone 3 you can play with bots, I know that you can with Killzone 2. Black Ops does have bots as well. Resistance 2 has that coop mode, but I think it is only online, not sure, but when I played it, I only played online.

Is MAG any good? I cant seem to find anything on SimHQ since it is less than 4 letters.

Brink gets a raw deal but has lots of Bots, plus its also about 9.99 in the cheap bin I enjoy playing it , but I also liked Too Human on the 360

I got black ops and dark souls.

Sadly though black ops only allows you to play with bots if you connect to playstation network first. That kind of ruins the whole point of it... ah well.
