I think it might offer the choice to delete the mission results txt files in the data folder, rather than delete the mission file itself.
Or do txt files get deleted automatically once the report is completed? Experiment, find out...

I misunderstood - Bandy is correct - it deletes the mission result files (all of them) and not the mission files. I changed the code this past release to get rid of all mission results files because people generating hundreds of them flying missions that were not RoFCampaign missions.

Deletion of mission results files happens after an AAR is submitted.

No cleanup mechanism at this time for the actual mission files. Might be worth doing at the same point - after an AAR.

I have requested this before...
I have noticed in the Official Career beta, the flight leader is making a hand signal, before any change of direction, at waypoints.
I find it most immersive!
Is this possible to be implemented in PWCG missions too?

One more: I was complaining about the windsocks in the middle of the fields, but now I'm missing them...
Is it possible to still have them but not in the middle of the runway? sigh

Anyway Pat, get ready for one more update as the new patch's been announced for Christmas!

Thank you so so much! (for everything, never mind about the requests)... WinkNGrin
Happy holidays, fellows! santa

I forgot to mention that being a constant player of OFF, (the other WWI sim)
I have access to their day by day weather calendar.
Would you be interested in implementing historical weather, as an option, in a future version of CG?

Good idea but: there is nothing historic on that OFF3 weather, I have my work in Flanders and my home town is near the border, believe me that always dark weather in OFF3 is nonsense. So please avoid that!!!!

Happy Christmas to you all, no holidays for me BTW!!

Okay thank you for the clarification.

I've been deleting missions manually because after 50 missions it starts to be a challenge finding the proper mission you just generated.

Hi Patrick,
Really enjoying 10.3

Apologies for resurrecting this old issue, but I've found that towns and village buildings are not rendering along the flight path, please see screenshot below of where Albert should be, just off my right wingtip in the crook of the river Ancre. I have the mission file if you'd like to check it out.

The 'Keep Group Spread' variable (distance from waypoint box to keep a group: large city, large airfield) was set at 50,000 m (50 km) for this mission [went back and checked...], so Albert should have rendered given its proximity to my flight path--in any case, it was over top of Albert.

While on the subject of Configuration Parameters: Mission Ground Objects, I noticed you have two variables that I cannot figure out what the difference is:
AAA distance-distance in meters from the flight box to include AAA
and
Keep AAA spread-distance from waypoint box to keep AAA

Inquiring minds want to know! Happy Holidays. wave2

Hey Pat, in a thread on the ROF forum SYN_vander said there is an option in the mission creator for ROF that turns on the RTB function for AI when they become damaged or run out of fuel/ammo. Can you confirm if you turn this feature on in all the PWCG missions?

Seriously, I'm not trying to badger anyone with this (more like an insistent squirrel or chipmunk), but am uploading another screenshot from a different mission showing same village render problem (but same campaign, maybe I should try a different campaign...?).

Below you can see the buildings for Corbie are not rendered, but they are for Villers Bretonneux as well as the two airfields that flank that village (CLICK IMAGE TO ENLARGE). Of interest, Corbie is closer to the waypoint path. None of the other villages you see on the in-game map had rendered buildings either, but didn't have airfields close to them either... Hmm?

Bandy, it's the holidays, everyone is off doing stuff, I myself just got back from three days in the snow. I'm sure Pat will do something about it when he gets back from whatever he's doing.
