So does it? I get that with 285.62.

According to ManuelG at the Nvidia Forum this will be addressed in a future driver but I'm having no problems with the 285.38 BETA drivers with everything in the Nivida Control Panel, Manage 3D Settings, Program Settings, Power Management Mode set to "Prefer Maximum performance" rather then "Adaptive" using an EVGA Geforce 560Ti FPB 1GB card and Win7 Pro 64bit OS.

The drivers were good, the card had failed. I installed my old 260GTX and have no more issues/lockups. All runs well.
I'm RMA'ing my 460GTX (EVGA gives lifetime warranty on their cards [the AR ones])!

Late to the party as usual, sorry. I installed 290.53 beta's some time ago and was able to resolve a ground-level white glare on my GTX 560Ti that I was able to control by dropping shaders quality from Maximum to High in previous drivers.

So far I have had quite a bit of stability out of the 290 driver.

777 recommends 266.58 for many cards, which seems to be the most stable. however, the GTX 560Ti was introduced AFTER this driver was released, so will not work with it.

Ditto Natty, run great my end on a GTX 580. thumbsup

Sure wished they did for me. Flying along so nice its unreal how good it looks and all
of a sudden the system crashes and reboots. Brand new Zotac GTX 580 AMP2 3gb. These drivers
worked perfectly good on my old BFG GTX 280 1gb without any crashing. After reading this
topic I am not sure if I should update to the newer beta driver set. Just not sure.

Oh yes, this only happens when I flying Rise of Flight ICE. None of my other sims does this.
And they are maxed out, and are a dream come true to watch.
