Looking at the realtime editor and the AAR, I would say that it's aimed for training purpose. Looks really good. But Bohemia has a lot of experience and a good reputation in this area. And fancy graphics aren't the first priority in this market.

Bohemia is also associated with Lasershot, which provides the hardware such as simulator.
