Too true Jedi, that is the case with games and computer hardware in general, basically like many things in life you just have to decide at the time if something is worth it to you or not, if not at the current market price then just wait and it will eventually come down Steam and all the digital publishing seems to have accelerated it even more the last few years.
Personally I've never felt the angst people feel (and seem to share alot) when a game goes on sale and they paid full price months ago (if I wanted a game enough to preorder, then those extra months of enjoyment are worth it to me) or people who threadcrap new release discussions saying not worth it since there will be a GOY edition with all DLC at some point... Both are true I just don't get the angst, no one makes us buy this stuff and those that are patient surely will get it cheaper, I just wish I was patient more often :-)
Thanks for the heads up on this sale, bought F1-2010 preorder full price but was waiting on sale for F1-2011 due to not trusting them for the lack of patching on first one sounds like that worry hasn't been a problem this time.
