Hello.

I read the manual and searched the web but couldn't find an answer to this. Is there any way I can create a key binding that will hold a key pressed for x amount of seconds?

The reason I´m asking is because I want to map the speedbrake. So when I press it back, it will send "+", and when I press it forward (and it stays there because of the mechanism it has) it will send "-". Now, I don't like having a keypress being sent constantly to the sim, so in case I forgot to bring the switch back to center, I'd like to have the script to send the keystroke, but a maximum of X seconds, enough time for the speedbrake to fully close.

Thanks in advance.

I think you can create a chain: DOWN+'x', D(1500),UP+'x'.

You will probably want to LOCK that too.
