Rules

Use DCS: Black Shark 2 to create your best After Action Report.

Add your entry (entries) in this subforum.

You can enter as many times as you like, but one AAR per thread.

Images need to be added using the SimHQ upload image tool.

You can have up to 50 images in your AAR.

DO NOT post in another persons AAR. Only the AAR itself should be in the authors thread.

You can update / revise your AAR entry at any time up to the deadline date / time.

At deadline, all entries will be locked for judging.


Criteria

Most creative, well-written, best story.


Judging

Matt "Wags" Wagner will be the contest judge.


Eligibility

You must be a registered member of SimHQ in good standing to enter.

SimHQ Staff is not eligible to compete.

So your saying FC3, and Combines arms is a locked in guarantee? Wags had stated it was only a possibility?

never mind; I read it, it's a definite; just not on some of the add ins.

Does this have to be Black Shark 2? No chance we could use A-10C? I'd like to win a copy of BS2, so it'd be hard for me to write an AAR for a sim I don't have :P

If not, it'd be great to run a similar competition for A-10C.

Gents! I'd like to upload an AAR, but I can't seem to find this "SimHQ Image Upload Tool".

Can someone point me in the right direction, please?

It's in the smiley toolbar section. Look for this icon.
Click on it and you will see the instructions for uploading a picture.

Directions on how to use:
1) Click the "Browse" button and point to the image on your drive. Accepts either jpg or png format.
2) Click "Add File".
3) Repeat 1 + 2 if you want to add more than one image.
4) After you're done adding images, save as either "Lightbox" or "Traditional".
5) "Lightbox" will post your original image size (up to 1650 pixels wide) in with a subdued background on a pop-up page.
6) "Traditional" will post your original image size (up to 1650 pixels wide) in a solid background on a pop-up page.
