Hi, does anyone know how to edit the binary data files in Falcon 4 Allied Force ( F4AF ) simdata.zip? Is there a tool to do it or do I have to resort to my old hex editing attack using excel spreadsheets?

They have code locked the Simdata file in Allied Force. I never could get it open.

I was instructed that the data is encrypted in float type so a hex editor is needed. You can cross reference it with a .dat type file from a legacy falcon version and it works.
(But of course it's not good to change it if you do MP as some call it cheating.... However I find reading it very helpful to understand better how some of the stuff works in game or you're doing addon theater and needs extra FM entries etc)
