I bought it and have had a quick go and I get a pretty decent framerate now. Always used to get a few pauses and jerks.

TrackIR support is what got my attention. I'm glad they finally decided to throw it in, now I can finally jump in w/o feelin' like my head is in a vice.

It is tempting. I don't have TC though and Reunion + XTended is a lot of fun. Man, Track IR support though...

honestly, trackir support in the current X games isn't really that big a deal, imo. The cockpit panning in the game is fairly limited (not even behind one's shoulder...it'd be as if you had a neck injury and had only limited turn radius of a few degrees instead of fully back behind your shoulder) and, at least in my games, pretty slow. Still, it is nice. Just not quite as vital as in a flight sim.
