The aircraft in the video was flown by Charles Lindbergh in 1944. http://www.planesoffame.org/index.php?ma...t01returnid=128 There is a picture of Charles Lindbergh"s entry into the planes logbook at the link above along with the planes history.
Just before the video fades out while the Zero is taxiing in front of the crowd you can see me. Have fun trying to figure out which one is me in the crowd though.

It seems like the Planes of Fame guys just take the planes up a couple thousand feet and fly them in circles over the airfield. Do they ever do low passes so the crowd can actually see the plane?

Not during the monthly events which are what I have been showing. During the annual airshow in May they shut down the airport and then they are allowed to do lower passes in front of the crowd.
This years Planes of Fame Air Museum's High Country Warbirds and Antique Aircraft event at Valle, AZ. included a visit from this vintage Ford Trimotor Transport Aircraft. This aircraft was once owned by Henry Ford himself as his personal luxury aircraft. Planes of Fame Air Museum hosts the very best Warbird events and displays one of the largest and most unique collections of military, vintage and historical aircraft in the world.

Planes of Fame uploaded a video of the 3 Zero's flying in formation during the annual airshow in May of this year. It's a very rare sight that will not likely happen again any time soon.
Japanese Zero formation flight (3 aircraft Extremely Rare)
Planes of Fame Air Show 2012 featured an extremely rare 3 ship formation flight of Mitsubishi A6M "Zeros". The first aircraft to take off and the aircraft leading the flight is 61-120, the Planes of Fame Air Museum's Zero, which is the only original Zero flying... the other 2 are replica's built in Russia in 1999.
This video will be one of the bonus tracks on the Planes of Fame 2012 Air Show DVD, available later this year.

If you can make it we have our annual airshow in May. There are dozens of flyable warbirds at the show. In the flying circus portion at the end of the show last May we had twenty-five or thirty warbirds of all different types in the air at one time.
A 6 ship squadron of warbirds from Planes of Fame takes flight to the Apple Valley Airshow. It's not everyday you get to fly with a large formation of the greatest warbirds and warbird pilots of today. Enjoy.
