yes, BMS 4.32 is pretty sweet. The graphics breathe new life into F4, but it is more than just pretty, most of the avionics have been reworked as well.
The only downside over AF is the lack of a Balkans theatre and the fact that you need a more powerful PC to run the graphics at maximum.

yes, but it is still a work in progress. I have tried it and it is still not as polished as the F4AF Balkans theatre. For the time being, Korea is the only theatre/campaign that works well with BMS. Providing objective information is something I would suggest.

The only downside over AF is the lack of a Balkans theatre That is a factually inaccurate statement, no matter what rationalization you try to use to cover your ass afterwards. There IS a Balkans theater for BMS and it is not listed as a BETA release. Your argument (or CYA attempt) could easily be said about Korea as well, or the entire BMS Falcon4 project. Both of those have actual version numbers that do not reflect a beta status, just like Balkans. Man up and admit that you gave a false answer. More people will respect that than trying to squirm out of being caught.

The Balkans theatre is there for anyone who wants to try it and make up their own mind, just like the Aegean Theatre.

I dont know what your problem is, nor do I particularly care.
You've illustrated once again exactly what "my problem" is. You gave a factually incorrect response to someone asking a question. When you were corrected about that, you chose to make a personal remark about my objectivity, rather than simply saying "my bad" or something along those lines. Again with this response, you have taken zero accountability for your answer, and instead tried to deflect it into a personal attack, suggesting that I have a 'problem' beyond someone giving false information. If you're going to answer someone's question, then you need to do so with truthful responses. Choosing to give misinformation doesn't do anyone any good, and indeed in this case, if the OP cared exclusively about the availability of a Balkans theater, your reply may just send them completely away from BMS - despite being untruthful. You might consider being less concerned with personal accusations and deflecting responsibility and more concerned with simply giving accurate answers to begin with. Then conversations like this won't happen, and we all can have a more pleasant day. Edit: To be clear, my objectivity should not be questioned here, as my ONLY objective in even responding to this thread was to make sure an accurate answer was presented. The usefulness of forums is greatly diminished if one has to consider that they are potentially (purposefully or otherwise) receiving inaccurate information.

Geez JCav, what did you expect? You make a holier than thou comment like quoted above, and it puts people on the defensive right away. There are other ways of pointing someone in the right direction with some tact, instead you come off as an all knowing jerk....lighten up.

AF still has the better campaign engine. BMS is catching up and I expect it to meet/exceed AF in that regard too. It's already taken over AF as the premier MP platform stability wise.

Geez JCav, what did you expect? You make a holier than thou comment like quoted above, and it puts people on the defensive right away. There are other ways of pointing someone in the right direction with some tact, instead you come off as an all knowing jerk....lighten up. exactly. Many of us here are long term falconites, on and off since 1999 for me. I have played various flavors of F4, but after suffering through multiple CTDs and screwed up campaigns, I came to value campaign stability. F4AF was the first version where the campaign worked as designed and you could actually complete a campaign without CTDs. It is still the gold standard IMHO. It would have been nice if the engine consistently produced realistic strike packages, but at least you could tweak the air and even ground war. There have always been various theaters floating around, great if you just want to sightsee or build a TE, but the acid test has always been getting one with a stable, working F4 campaign. There are threads at BMS on the current state of the Balkans Theater: http://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/showthread.php?7331-Balkans-Theater-Discussionhttp://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/showthread.php?6220-Balkans-Bugs-and-Crashes-ThreadThe BMS boys are hard at work and I am looking forward to seeing what they eventually come up with, but I would not dive into a campaign until the final version comes out. So to go back to my first post, if you want to play a stable Balkans F4 campaign, your only choice right now is the F4AF campaign.
