Yes, I know do it myself is "ideal" but I'm not willing to spend that time on it.

I'd rather pay. So, if my budget is, say, $4000, what manufacturers would you recommend? I want someone who is going ro repace the mainboard if it fails to post for unexplained reasons six months from now, too.

Thanks.

Don

FalconNW has a good reputation going back a lot of years that is a good builder.

Also iRacing has some of the most hardcore racing simmers who buy beefy systems and Michael Main Performance computers has a real good reputation there and lots of happy customers of his, I like to build my own but if I was to buy a prebuilt one I'd consider his company based on the systems and pricing (systems meant to be overclocked):

I have not bought anything from them, but have seen lots of happy forum posts and always thought if I ever got tired of building my own or considered picking up an Obutto cockpit I would check them out, YMMV.

Most excellent, Bib and Kludger. I will be ordering one from there soon!

Any reason to not get Talon over Mach V?

It looks like it boils down to the size of the case "Mach V" being the full tower and "Talon" being the mid tower:
http://www.falcon-nw.com//desktops/compare-desktops

I think it mainly depends on how much space you have and how many internal/external drive bays you want to have room for, I actually went with a full tower case for my current build (HAF 932 case) mostly for the extra airflow since I overclock a lot and I had the room, but the full tower is indeed a pretty huge thing so just make sure you have the room if you go for it, I think you would be ok either way really.

They seem to support the same components in both lines so you should be good.
