Getting this kind of stuff in all games i play from Eve Online to Skyrim I have tried different drivers out

all same issue.

Bad card? Have you tried contacting the vendor to try getting it replaced?

Should be plenty, the minimum requirements are a 500 watt with 38 Amps. Artifacting like that pretty much means there is something wrong with the video card... or drivers, but since you tried a lot it might be a faulty card.

I *might* also have an issue with my GTX 560ti. Look a few threads down. If it is not a video card, I am thinking it is the PSU.

my card will be back on the 21st. they replaced the memory chips on the card.

In Skyrim, if one is using a lot of add-on texture mods, the memory runs out -- and one gets crashes to desktop or missing textures. Skyrim is limited to 2GB for some reason. There is a 4GB mod that sets a flag on the executable file so that Skyrim uses 4GB (vs the stock 2GB). Then all is well. You may already know that; but, just in case you have more Skyrim problems even after the card is fixed, I thought I'd mention it.

yeah i was using the 4gb "patch" just some of the memory failed on the card.
