My Levi's cargo pants have 7 loops. Yeah, I much prefer 7 loops to 5. The solid support is also better for carrying concealed with a side inside-the-pants holster.

Noticed it lately too, and have the same v-shape belt problem.

But you guys shouldn't complain, a Levi's 501 here in Belgium costs almost twice the price it is in the USA! That's why I always order them in country, costs me around 40 bucks less, shipping included.

Yep I know what you mean by the price of clothing in Belgium. We shop for clothes back in the UK as they are much cheaper and children's clothing has no VAT (=BTW=TAX)in UK either so we stock up on stuff for the grandkids while away.
Currently I'm modeling a nice pair of two tone, grey and black, HeRock working trousers with added knee protection and extended belt loops for added security this model also sports the nail pouch accessory for those that don't want to have to climb up and down the ladder too often smile
