lol! I wonder tho, whenever I try to take someones head the game physics makes it EXTREMELY slow, as if their body is still attached, and it's almost impossible to place them in a specific spot. Either this guy has some serious OCD or found some way to place them via console commands

can you sever heads ? everytime i tried the game register the cut on the wrong part of body.

I have on several occasions; although I do have a higher chance of decapitation as a one-handed perk

There's a 2H perk that gives you a chance to decapitate in a finishing move. Got a feeling this guy did a lot of reloading to get all of those.
