I don't see anywhere on the official ROF forum to contact support.
Except in the forum where I am not getting any replies.

My problem is I just purchased the game and it will not start.
When I click on Start, I get to User Authorization, and I enter my email and password,
the password is recognized but I get this message: 10005 PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GAME: NEW VERSION AVAILABLE.
but when I go to Settings/Update and click Update then ROF crashes to desktop.

I have never been able to start the game even once!

Have you tried clicking on Recovery then clicking on Uptade?

Hi, I cannot find 'recovery' to click on

When I first boot up I'm in settings and there is an Update button.

When I click it, the game crashes to desktop, it does not update.



But this computer is too weak to play anyway, and a new one is on the way :), so all should be well
soon!

My guess is that your problem is this:

You have to update through the launcher, not the game itself. The game is quitting so you can do the update.

I contacted 777 through that link and 24 hours later they have not responded.

But I'm happy to say I managed to solve the issue and the game running on my own. Solution was to remove it, and reinstall it exactly as before. This time the game runs fine.

Remember 777 isn't a 24/7 shop and can't provide support 7 days a week, so first reach out to the forums (which you did) and then send a help request to the email you sent to (Jason and team will see it and help out but 99% of the time the community helps you to find a solution).
