Ive been away for awhile and was hoping to see something concrete here! But all i see is a dead forum and still nothing on real info on a release for the gunnery range or that there is a delay for it in the holidays? In fact the website still states "First (invitation only) beta release, mid 2011" what about that anyway is beta testing being done at all or is it still work in progress. I dont want to push the devs but the confusement is bigger then ever for me and i follow the blog and forum sometimes. Imagine what it must be for those who dont! I asume there wont be any gunnery range release any time soon since i hardly beleave if could be done in less then a month. What gives? I think loyal followers of this amazing projects deserve at least some clarity in plain english dont we?

If you read the forums and blogs you will see that one of the developers, are that's almost half of them, had to evacuate his home due to the floods in Thailand. So I think that they deserve a little break. They have always said it will be released when it's ready. And I'm guessing that the unforeseen events in Thailand may have pushed things back a little. The guys will release info when there is some info for them to release!!

And the other developer is only allowed to work so many hours a week on this project. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt since none of us really know what else might be happening in their lives.

Well i guess this should be considered on cold ice for now. I must spend my funds on somethings else then in the christmass time and spend it on combathelo when the time is there. There is no sense in holding on to the money if i dont even know when it will be released any time soon. I just dont hope this project is gonna go dead on us again like it did last time....

C'mon guys, give them a break!

I'd assume that the lack of updates is due to the fact that they're all occupied on getting the game ready for release.

I've never been involved in a project like that, but it has always seemed to me that it's all the final wee bits that take the time.

AD's little enforced excursion to the country probably set them back a bit too.

However badly you may want it done, the devs want it to reach the next milestone even more.

Kudos for them that they are holding till they think its ready.

AHHHHHH I lost my EECH CD .... can't even play that with the newest mods... well you know good things come to those who wait!!!

Thanks mate .. I'll buy it AGAIN :-)) It's driving me crazy beacause that's one CD that always stays in my laptop case and it's missing.... looked everywhere for it and it's gone...at least with the download I can download it again in the future if I delete it again ;-P
