Is it possible with the new career mode to be able to fly more then one mission per day and if so how is it done

I have frequently been assigned to two missions in a single day in beta Career mode. I don't imagine there's anyway to force yourself to be assigned.

You can prevent yourself from being assigned to missions by being sent to the hospital... (I spend about 50% of my short careers in a hospital bed...)

Yes, it's possible to fly more than one mission in one day. How's it done? Well there's different ways. One, it's happens automatically and randomly. I've had days where I didn't get assigned to any missions and then there were days that I was assigned to every one of them (4 or 5 of them) because I was a low ranked pilot and not the squadron commander I couldn't pick and choose. The other way is if you live long enough and get promoted to squadron commander you get to pick who and how many are in what mission so you can fly as many times as you like and even schedule lone wolf flights for yourself.

I've flown 23 days of a Jasta Boelcke campaign and had the odd day where I flew two missions. Then I got promoted to Feldwebel and all of a sudden I am leading all three flights of the day (they better have a whole line of tankards waiting in the mess for me after this }:| ).

I have had 3 missions a day on a regular basis.. if you are the C.O. of a squadron you can fly more if you wish, plus there is always the option to fly a lone patrol if you really want to..

The assignment to fly multiple missions seems to have increased recently.

As Trooper says, live long enough to be promoted to C.O. and you can do pretty much whatever you want.
