Been flying FC2 for a while now... enjoy full missions... where is the ILS button?

I've been over the YouTube vids where the ILS director magically appears, but I can't find mention of what button anywhere- not the manual, not in forums... any help?

I'm pretty sure it is the 1 key to change modes and then there should a key combination in the commands to change airfields

Thanks for the reply.

But what combo of those keys? I've been working on this for over a month.

1 key puts the master mode in Return from the Nav mode, and then Tilde (`) will change airfields. Once you're on glideslope and just off the outer marker, you should get the ILS indicators to pop up in your HUD.

This is for RUFOR aircraft anyway- I don't typically fly the A-10 or F-15 in this game.

I've tried this, but there's no indicators- the HSI doesn't have a waypoint indicator, etc. If anyone else has more in--depth help I'd love it.

What aircraft are you flying? When pressing the 1 key you should see LND or nav on the hud, when you see LND on the hud you should see the ils when coming in for a landing. There should be a flight director on your hud guiding you to the airfeild along with the distance to the airfield.I'm pretty sure this is how it works with every aircraft besides su25 that is insturment basedand doesn't have a hud.

I'm flying the F-15. I'll play with this more now- I think it's common knowledge the manual doesn't say much (anything) about the procedure. Thanks for the input.
