I've just installed BoBII and 2.11, read some common start-up GFX stickies, etc. (the volume is overwhelming) but I cannot get my render anywhere near what I see in your screenshots.

I have massive jaggies and shimmering everywhere despite cranked up AA in game (checked 'use app settings' in CCC otherwise you get 'Wonder Woman' cockpit I found out), cranked up Aniso, disabled catalyst AI, etc. --A HA!!! You have to turn off the "recommended" "Use Desktop Resolution" setting, that's not too intuitive if I dare to say. WinkNGrin

So, that's solved, BUT I continue to get tearing with even moderate TIR4 panning despite locking v-sync on in CCC. Is there something I'm missing??? Perhaps a Bdg.txt edit I've overlooked?

Looking forward to giving BoBII a go after hearing so much about it. Thank you for any assistance.

You have an ATI card. Might be a ATI drivers issue as we have had issues with ATI cards.

This link may be of some help:

Most of the players hang out at the A2A BOBII forums.

Aniso is controlled in the game (Options->GFX or more GFX.

AA is controlled in your graphic control center. ATI drivers has a hard time locking V-Sync.

Here is a link that you can study and look for help:

Thanks for reply Buddye. I saw the first link already, but second link is most helpful, will try Tray Tools. Have downloaded it in the past, but never got around to implementing.

Hats off to you and the BoBII community. The install and patch are wonderfully trouble free compared to other sims kept alive.
