How do you get Logbook to work in 1.28E ETO_01 CDF savedata

I tried the download logbook into the planeset 01 and the ETO_01 CDF but Alas that didn't go anywhere.
But, Copying the career file into the Root EAW savedata folder... Why didn't I think of that I would just have to over right it every time I run a mission Which I'm ok with for now Thanks Knegel

I just got curious, having released the campaign editor.
Now, I do not use Minki's logbook, but I tried a career in ETO_01 planeset 3 (Russia early).
The default campaign files are not exactly meant for this, but nevertheless I was able to fly a career, and quit at the end of every mission.
The logbook appeared, and indicated my first kill during mission #3.
The "CAREER00.SVE" was saved in, and loaded from the savedata folder in Planeset 3.










So, there seems to be no problem with the default logbook.

no, it isn't a problem with the career file. Bear in mind when Minki made his logbook we didn't have the subfolder system at all so I think he has specified the root savedata folder somewhere in his code and if you try to download from a subfolder it won't appear in Minkis logbook...

I was not sure that K_sea6 was using Minki's, hence my investigation.

I was speaking of miki's Logbook.
After I tried to copy the CDF career from the ETO_01 folder and put it into the root folder savedata "it did not work"

So my guess is that there is a line code in the original Miki's Logbook that only works in the EAW root folders savedata folder but will not read in The ETO_01 CDF or Planesets savedata folders.

Interestingly the size of the original EAW career file and the ETO_01 career files are different sizes, the ETO_01 planeset and CDF career files are larger by about 5 kb.

So for now I cannot use Miki's fine work of a logbook, and just take screen shots of the in game black board to get the info that I need and manually write it to a sorry excuse for a logbook that I created.
