Hi all

I currently a 23" VisionQuest Monitor with DVI input and find that the display when using it for my XBox 360 is very poor, even when I use my HDMI to DVI adapter.

Can anyone here recommend at good LCD monitor that I can use with my XBox 360 as well as my gaming PC? I game on my monitor at 1920x1200 32bit

Thanks

My monitor (Dell P2310H) is not the best or anything but works well for PC + XB360 + PS3, mostly because it is a 1920x1080 native resolution which matches up perfectly for the console 1080p mode.

I suspect it is your 1920x1200 native resolution that is causing your monitor to have to do something non native.

Can I do something to have my current monitor be more compatible with the Xbox 360? I pretty tech savy but must admit I am somewhat of a newbie when it comes to LCD monitors and Xbox 360 settings.

thanks

Unfortunately I think your monitor will always have to do some sort of translation/scaling of the console HD resolution to your native 1920x1200 resolution, one thing you can try is setting the consoles to 720p (1280x720) resolution instead of 1080p (1920x1080) in case your monitor can handle that translation/scaling better.
