I suggest putting an apple in the middle of your Aerodrome field and just wait. Eventually a SPAD 7 will come by to get the apple, cause SPADS can't resist apples. Sometimes I wonder if it is the sound or if some pilots are just that utterly attentive to watching their six. S! MJ No, people have specifically explained to me that they hear the engine sound. The ones you catch off guard really aren't paying attention to their auditory sensations. Cool video, of course.

Thanks a lot! Yeah, I am kind of unique, since I have partial hearing loss, particularly in my left ear. I do not hear everything that I should, but I can hear other planes, including SPADs. Now, had I better hearing, I would imagine that I could really use sound to good advantage. It will be nice, when everyone is a deaf, as I am presently, at the very least! S!
