My character somehow got all twisted up. I was playing the mission where you have to infiltrate the Golden Glow Estate and do multiple things. When I was out burning beehives and fighting I just eventually ran away to view my success from a distance. I first noticed it when I squated down on a tree trunk.Coot..the squatter../simHQ/2011

Hmmm, I'm going to have to scan in a bunch of pictures- one problem being, I was usually the one taking the shots. But here's one for starters (hopefully it's not too hard).

One of the beaches in Rio de Janeiro for sure, what with the Sugar Loaf in the background, but I cannot see from the angle which beach it is. Any experts want to add their take?
Bravo, gentlemen! That is indeed where I was- almost into Ipanema, as I recall. Frey, Alicatt, y'all are on deck!

Ha! I've seen the Hayden Christiansen movie! That sure looks like the Colosseum to me.
I don't have access to the pics I personally took of this place, so no cheating by looking at the filename! This one may be a little difficult.

That's not the Colosseum! Despite the sneaky fake help writing "Ro(a)ming around Europe"...
I'm guessing some other Roman circus in Europe. Could it be Verona or maybe Pula in Croatia? Come on guys, we should be able to get this one with our common effort!
(I'll move on to the "Church in a cliff wall"-photo after we've sorted out Alicatts...)
An, I figured from the size of the thing that he just showed it from an angle not usually seen LOL

(If you guys get this one, I'll be very impressed).
Hey Luke, that is totally impossible, you have to have at least a smidgen of a hint! - But from previous posts of yours I'd venture that it is in Iraq somewhere. Maybe up north in the Kurdish area?
Yes! - Went to Milan to study Italian a few years ago, and thought I'd learn A LOT by going to the Meazza, where both Inter Milan and AC Milan play - Saw some pretty big names there, Ronaldinho, Ibrahimovic, Beckham, etc, etc...
BTW, Never heard of the Felsen-kirche, looks really cool.

This is the "Felsen-Kirche" in Idar-Oberstein, Germany, I think.
As I don`t have cool pics I give my turn away to you more travelling guys.
Bingo! Contrary to what I was told before leaving the states, the Baumholder area was NOT the armpit of Germany as far as possible duty stations went.
Now back to the person whose turn I usurped LOL

Hmmmm.
Was I really there though......really?
Where am I?
Indeed.
There are none amongst thee whom can conclusively prove that I was not aboard that submarine. These are the facts of the Epistemological, and Metaphysical case, M'lud.
Carry on.

Chateau of Vaux-le-Vicomte.

The architects were Louis LeVau and Jules Hardouin-Mansart; the gardens were designed by André LeNôtre. Fouquet was jailed shortly after the opening celebrations of the chateau, and Louis XIV afterwards employed the designers for his palace at Versailles."
Would it be Nicolas Fouquet's Chateau Vaux le Vicomte near Melun?
Well done, Vaux le Vicomte indeed! - And yes, the king was so envious of it that he jailed the owner after being invited for the opening, and afterwards employed the architect and gardener to do Versailles...

I guess it truly is "Good to be the King" in this type of situation....

I thought I recognised it from it being in a few films.
