Trying to figure out what the four lights next to the fuel tape readout mean!

http://i470.photobucket.com/albums/rr64/Hobbes57/Su-25/Su-25%20Day%202/ScreenShot_021.jpg

Now, as best I can tell from looking at other folks mission pics, the second light indicates no fuel tanks on the inboard pylon, and the top light indicates no fuel tanks on the second to inboard pylon, but I'm not too sure! I've scoured the manual for LOMAC and FC 1.1, but they just say "Tank Warnings"

Any help would be great. Would love to know!

I made some notes years ago (so probably on v1.02) about Su25 fuel warning lights. Dunno how accurate they may be for FC.

There are 5 lights - 4 amber coloured (they come on top to bottom) and the 5th light (a red one) below them.

4 ambers and a red at 5% or less int fuel (be ready to get out and push!)
3 ambers and a red at 20% int fuel
3 ambers at 60% or less int fuel
2 ambers at 93% or less int fuel

I didnt experiment with ext tanks (I'm not wasting pylons on fuel, I want bombs!) so dunno what difference they made.

I never saw a single amber. It may well be that the top two ambers are related to the different ext tank pylons. Perhaps both come on at 93% int fuel to indicate that ext tanks must now be empty because you are definitely using int fuel. Maybe the 7% between 100% and 93% is a fudge factor to take account int tank minor leaks? Perhaps they chose 93% rather than 100% so that you dont get spurious indication of ext tanks empty when in fact they are not.
