I think probably because helos are the smallest niche within all the other FSX payware niches, below the tubeliners, the GA aircraft, airports, scenery etc... so it is not surprising that it might be hard to make it as a developer of mainly payware helicopters.
With that said their stuff was really good and I am hoping somehow they continue on either independently or published by one of the bigger companies that does software "activation" to thwart the simple pirates, with my purchase of their 222 it looked like all it needed was the email/password combo that was sent when I bought it at SimMarket, probably not hard for some slimy #%&*$# who doesn't care to share their copy, but if it required activation against a central server that tracked the unique machine being installed to the one license it might detect when a single license was being installed to lots of different machines...
