I'm flying 10.1 and enjoying it. Thank you.

Couple of questions;

The simplified config, and the advanced config. They do different things right ? Tweaking the advanced doesn't negate the simplified setting does it?. I ask because I'm happy with 'Low' because ,as I understand it, it will help with performance-especially related to TC - and there is plenty going on with Low.

Can I tweak advanced and not worry that it is resetting the 'Low" setting ?

Next, I've flown a few recon missions in the Brisfit. Photo recon has no camera icon pop up. I don't mind at all because I just pretend the observer is doing his job and as pilot I focus on the flying. Just wondering if this is a bug. I did load the camera.

Same with artillery spotting. No way to do it. Again no problem for me just curious.

Well time compression problems aside I have to commend you for this Pat, I just flew a mission on No.56 and ran into a huge swarm of entente and central fliers buzzing about in a massive furball. Must have been at least 15 all in one spot buzzing about. First attempt I bagged 4 huns but then got over-zealous and rammed head long into a Pfalz D.IIIa and ended my career.

But then I did some voodoo chants and replayed the mission, I settled with a couple kills and my life wink

Most fun I've had so far and I'll never return to B-Career that's for sure.

Simplified and advanced operate on the same configuration data set. All parameters are individually represented in "Advanced". Low, Medium and High are presets of of that data set.

Recommendation: Choose a simpolified setting (low, medium, high) then go to advanced for individual tweaks.

I have work to do on the two seater side. There are some things that can be done that I have not yet learned. I do plan on continuing to expand and improve both the scout and two seat career options.

Hi Pat. I just ran into a little error I wanted to make you aware of. I've been flying with No. 56 squadron in June 1917 out of Bertangles. I just completed our mission which was on June 29, 1917. In addition to the combat report, there was a squadron move notice that we had moved to Estree-Blanche, but the date was 29 January 1917.

Here's the combat report:

And here's the squadron move notice:

+1 piano . I've had very lively missions with the AI coming at me in what seems like a very real situation. Immmersive !

Yeah it's fantastic, I've played quite a bit of the Bcareer and never ran into big combat situations like that. I actually replayed that mission three times before I decided to call it quits and run away with a couple kills but the second time I replayed it I swear it felt like a page out of Winged victory, there was a group of Albatros D.Va's swarming on top of a squad of three Biffs and I go down to engage and I spot out of the corner of the screen a V formation of like five Pfalz just flying in without a care in the world and then suddenly engaging our little group of combatants.

I do have a question though Pat, I'm flying No.56 as I've said multiple times now ;P, but I've never seen a DFW flying around. Can you tell me where I can go hunting for DFW's because I would really like to see how the gunner AI is with the Gunner mod but after 21 missions or so I haven't seen a single one.

Also, do you plan on adding in a "schedule lone patrol" feature like in Bcareer, that is if it's not already in the game and I'm missing it? It would be nice just to go up and and fly around looking for trouble.

Lone wolf and scramble missions would both be useful additions. Lone wolf wold be a bit more challenging since I would want to make it a player decision. About the DFWs - I just found a bug that was causing it not toappear in some situations. If you go into AircraftInfo.config and look at the Albatros C.X (or C.XII) it has to have its flyable parameter set to 0.

Arjisme: I'll look into the transfer issue. Probably bad data in the squadron config file.
