You could use a windscreen washer pump so she doesnt sink smile fairly small item you would pick up at a wrecker for a couple of bucks ..

Maybe some vaseline or similar smeared on the two bits of rubber will help with the watertight seal ? I don't know .. Furball told me he has lots of just laying around so i assumed that was what he used it for ....;)

My character somehow got all twisted up. I was playing the mission where you have to infiltrate the Golden Glow Estate and do multiple things. When I was out burning beehives and fighting I just eventually ran away to view my success from a distance. I first noticed it when I squated down on a tree trunk. Coot..the squatter../simHQ/2011

Washer pump ! Great idea, I'll go look at the local scrap yard this week, thanks very much for that.

Ive only really done the panel work and sort of avoided the tricky mechanical stuff, for when I have a bit more spare time !

This has been on the bench for months but finally got round to doing the suspension. I fabricated swing arms out of brass and turned a set of wheels on my lathe out of Delron. Springs in the pontoons to give it a soft ride. Lots more to do but I fitted a track to size and position the idler wheels.
