What a lovely sim this is. I've been mucking about with the EMB mod and GIMP over the last few days. I've actually run into some strange issues now which are either signs of something wrong with what I'm doing or my graphics card dieing. So, until my rig goes up in a puff of acrid smoke here are some shots from a patrol. Late afternoon/early evening on a summers day near the front, my mate and I were bounced by a flock of Albertri....we gave as good as we got.









I'm still finding my way around GIMP and various graphic settings for RoF. IF anyone can point my way towards a decent screenshot editing hints n tips I would be very grateful. GIMP has so many settings it's very easy to get lost.

What is EMB and GIMP?

GIMP is a graphics/photo editing suite like Photoshop with the big difference that it's freeware. the EMB mod is a graphics mod that was originally created for GTA but has now found a home with various flight sims, RoF included. It tweaks shader settings, saturation and other things. I've actually just uninstalled it because I'm trying to narrow down the issues I seem to be having with my graphics card - not that I think it's responsible; just being careful in case I end up having to pony up the cash for a new one.
