That is a nice setup!

You could try the following:

IL-2 Cliffs of Dover (WW2 Flightsim)
IL-2: 1946 (WW2 Flightsim)
Rise of Flight (WW1 Flightsim)
Battle of Britain II (WW2 Flightsim)
Combat Flightsim 3 with Over Flanders Fields Between Heaven and Hell mod (WW2 Flightsim with WW1 Flightsim mod)
DCS: Blackshark (Modern helocopter Flightsim)
DCS: A-10 Warthog (Modern Flightsim)
World of Tanks (Online WW2 tanksim, though I think this is keyboard and mouse only)
x3 Reunion (Space combat sim)
ArmA II (Modern ground combat sim with flightsim and helocopter sim elements)

I have the same setup and it works great.

In addition to ArgonnV's software list, I'll add Falcon 4.0 with the new BMS mod. You may need to hunt around to get a copy of the original Falcon 4.0 (the BMS mod doesn't work with Allied Force), but it's generally considered the best Falcon sim out there right now, if you have an interest in complex modern flight sims.

snjL,
How is.. um.. how do you pronounce that?

DCS A-10C is the one you want with that excellent hardware!

There's Aces High also.. my personal favorite. WWII planes and tanks with realistic physics. It's a tough game to learn but with hundreds of people online at any given time it's a LOT of fun!

Two weeks free trial (no CC needed for this) and then it's like $15/month to play online (offline "practice" play is completely free).

One more question, according to this test, from what i can se. Warthog has the tightest lines and so on, but it doesnt reach out to the corner as the other ones does. Does this mean that lets say if i play Battlefield or something, when i turn full right and someone turns full right with some other joystick/mouse/keyboard that they will turn harder?

Corners do barrelrolls. A break turn is a snap-roll followed by stick full-aft. The shortest line between two points is a line. It's been ages since I've flown a jet, but I doubt the stick will see the corners much in a dogfight. In IL-2 the extreme corners are likely to cause a stall.

It won't matter as you're still limited by the aircraft's abilities. Take a car for example - just because you can physically turn the steering wheel more than the car next to you doesn't mean you're going to take corners faster than it! Even so the calibration will be set so that the same range of motion is possible with any joystick regardless as to how much of a sensor range it has.

Yes some sticks are more "precise" than others and that may give someone a competitive edge but the Warthog is one one of the best when it comes to that so you're set.

A buddy of mine just bought the 16000M joystick. And when i read about it, it seems to be the same stick as the one i have, just that i have a few more buttons and mine is not made out of plastic. Is that all there is to it? Technically he has the same stick as i do?

Well, both sticks use the same sensor for the X and Y axes, but that's it, really.

There's a lot more to an input device than just sensors, and I'm sure you know that difference first-hand as a Warthog owner.
