I'm not sure what the point of the video is, really. Are we supposed to infer that one is better than the other?

Yep... F1 2011 looks better (more game), but thats not the purpose of iRacing. I play both and iRacing wins hand down in the "simulation" department. IMO

I think all of us in SimHQ are more grown up than that....there is no harm whatsoever in wanting the graphics from one game and the gameplay from another. I'm sure we're all ultimately after the perfect sim.

From what I read is that the feel for F1 2011 vs iRacing the car "feels" like it has more grip in F1 2011.

I personally like following the actual F1 season going up against the AI in F1 2011. I'm trying to treat it like an iRacing season though with practice sessions, working on setup, and then participating in the actual race - taking it a week at a time just like what iRacing does.
