A few things you will get in Forza 4 if you have Forza 3.

1) A minor amount of credits, determined by your driver level. (not sure how many but likely less than 100,000CR.)
2) Certain cars for your driver level:

Forza 3 Driver Level 1 = Forza 4 will import: 2010 Abarth 500
Level 5 - 2010 Focus RS
Level 10 - 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS
Level 15 - 2010 Audi R8 5.2 FSI Quattro
Level 20 - 2009 Bugatti Veyron 16.4
Level 30 - #92 Rahal Letterman Racing M3 GT2
Level 40 - #007 Aston Martin Racing DBR9
Level 50 - #9 Peugeot Sport Total 908

3) Certain cars owned in Forza 3 will grant automatic free ownership in Forza 4.

1982 DeLorean DMC-12
2010 Lexus LF-A
2010 Ferrari 458 Italia
2006 Subaru Impreza S204
2002 Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type-A
1969 Chevy Camaro SS Coupe
2009 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1
2007 Ferrari 430 Scuderia
2007 Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera

Be sure to have all of these owned in FM3 if you have access to them. Some of them will be unicorns in FM4.

Some of those are Unicorns in FM3 too, and if you aint got them by now you wont, as Turn10 stopped populating the Auction House with Unicorns.

I got my RX-7 Spirit R last night from Turn10.

I have 2 HKS Time Attack CT230's (i bought one and was gifted the other By Turn10).

I might have 1 or 2 of the other ones.

Im Level 50, all Achievements BUT the Clear the Events List one.

Thanks I didn't know what that final "secret" car was but good to know it is the 2006 Mitsu HKS Time Attack as I have that in my garage too.

SO it looks like I will transfer with all the cars except the Peugeot 908 because I only managed to play enough to get level 40 since I got this a few months ago. I hope the 908 will be available in the dealer as I don't think I have the oomph to do level 40 -> 50 in the next week with the old physics.

Looking fwd to the 2010 Audi R8 5.2 FSI Quattro too, that car is awesome in GT5.

Sad to be leaving my large Porsche collection behind especially the 959 wave sigh

thing is, I sold all my cars except for my American Muscle... hoping to get some of them imported into FM4, but not looking like that.
