It appears that the ED forums are suffering from a database error. I've got the optimized drawings for the "Wharthog" done, but I don't have anyplace to let him know they're ready for checking. Anyone have his email address?

BTW, the Wharthog will fit in 3 4x8 sheets of 12mm, one partial sheet of 18mm and one 6mm 4x8 sheet.

I would bet that ryyy would have it, try PM'ing him.

I'm not up on conversions, but that would be 3 sheets of 1/2", a sheet of 3/4" and a sheet of 1/4", right?

I finally got on to the ED forum today.

Renic, the materials are specified in metric because the original drawings were done IN metric. If you build the Wharthog out of Baltic Birch, it comes only in metric thicknesses.

I can't speculate how well things would fit if you used imperial thickness sheet goods that were only "close" to their metric brethren.
