When you have a discrete video card it disables the CPU video section. I don't have one but that is what I read anyway.

Too bad, there was no down side with the 2600k! You might have wanted to sell it, in which case a cheap buy highly over clockable CPU would sell well. And you never know, you might OC in the future yourself.

Is the AMD 965 just as easy to OC?
