In the episode that has Teal'c and O'Neill stuck in a time loop, at the beginning of the loop when he keeps getting his face slammed in a door. In one of the iterations of the loop he finally slams the door back into the guy that's been hitting him. I think the episode is Window Of Opportunity. Many great scenes in that one.

I'm in early S9 right now in my watching of the DVD set (that I bought on release years ago, I've been getting through it rather slowly) and he does get some great stuff, although the last few seasons he finally gets some real lines.
The looping one wasn't time, that was a VR simulation he was stuck inside. A little like the old TNG "we can't get off the holodeck and the safeties have failed" eps (which TBH happened WAY too often).

Window of Opportunity was a time Episode, where a Scientist activates an Ancient Time Device that connects to a small group of stargate and causes them to loop repeatedly, At one Point Jack hands Hammond His resignation and Kisses Carter just as the loop is resetting.

Then Window of Opportunity isn't the one where Teal'c gets the door in the face. THAT is the one with the VR simulation. He experiences the base being wiped out by super soldiers and Daniel getting taken by a Goa'uld and then the self-destruct smashing everything over and over.

Actually, it is. Check the video I posted, it shows the sequence of Teal'c both getting the door, and smacking back. From Window of Opportunity, at 4:09.
